Under 49 CFR Part 40 from the U.S. Department of Transportation, all drivers falling under this part must be tested pre-employment, post accident, and must be included in a pool to be tested randomly. At Blue Mountain Family Chiropractic, we are able to maintain random pools, collect and ship samples for testing, and perform breath alcohol testing. We are in full compliance with the Department of Transportation and qualified to perform these services.
