Kristy Touchinsky is the Chiropractic Assistant, Certified Massage Therapist, Certified Drug and Alcohol Technician and Personal Trainer at Blue Mountain Family Chiropractic. She is the older sister of Dr. Touchinsky's two younger sisters.
Kristy is a native of this area, spending most of her life in Orwigsburg. She is a graduate of Blue Mountain High school and attended Empire School for Massage Therapy graduating in 2001 as a Certified Massage Therapist. She has been practicing for 6 and ½ years. Her techniques include deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, myofascial release, child & infant massage, prenatal massage, and Swedish. She was just recently Certified in Advanced Neuromuscular and Deep Tissue techniques and Advanced Massage Techniques in Physical Therapy for Neck, Shoulder, and Arm pain. She still continues to update her knowledge several times a year to learn the newest techniques. Kristy enjoys spending time with her friends and family. Donna Touchinsky is a physical therapy assistant at John’s Physical Therapy in Orwigsburg and part time massage therapist and reflexologist here at Blue Mountain Family Chiropractic. She also happens to be the mother of Dr. Touchinsky. Donna has over 15 years experience and is trained in a variety of muscle work techniques including, but not limited to, myofascial release, reflexology, neuromuscular technique, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and others.

Deborah Davis. Office Manager at Blue Mountain Family Chiropractic, handling accounting, scheduling and marketing for the business. She holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Penn State and Bachelors Degrees in both Accounting and Management from Alvernia College in Reading.
Deborah has experience in the service, manufacturing/importing and non-profit industries. She has worked for Pine Grove Landfill and Hauling Company as Commercial Accounts Receivable Clerk and Junior Accountant. She was Assistant to the President at Walkin Shoe Company, where she managed the operations of the manufacturing, importing and the retail divisions; performed all accounting functions; aided in merchandising of products; aided in marketing; and she also had a key involvement in sales with department stores and other major shoe chains within the US. Recently, she was Managing Director for the Schuylkill Symphony Orchestra where she was responsible for not only the scheduling and marketing of the concert season, but also accounting functions, public relations, grant writing, development and fundraising for the organization. Deborah is a native of Schuylkill County. She was raised in Frackville, is a graduate of North Schuylkill, and now resides in St. Clair with her daughter Elizabeth. She enjoys fitness, music, reading, arts and crafts, and is currently writing a cookbook with a fellow Alvernian and working on a first fictional novel. |
