ATTENTION!!! In addition to providing standard chiropractic care, massage therapy, and physical rehabilitation, we also are qualified to perform Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals (required for Commercial Drivers' Licenses/CDLs and all drivers of commercial vehicles), DOT drug testing, and non-DOT drug testing. PARENTS!!! We are now performing the physical examinations required for the PennDot learner’s permit application. The physical is good for one year, but cannot be done more than 6 months prior to turning 16 years old. Call 366-2613 today to schedule an appointment. Please be prompt and be sure to bring the application to the visit.
